Our Founder & CEO
With over a decade of ministry and nonprofit leadership experience, Netsy Diaz has dedicated her life to empowering others through compassionate leadership and purpose-driven service. Her background in administration and organizational development has fueled her mission to advocate for those often overlooked or underserved.
Driven by a deep conviction that every person deserves a voice—regardless of physical or social limitations—Netsy founded Titan Senior Services Inc. to create a place where individuals are valued, respected, and empowered as active participants in their own care. Through Titan, she has built a team of like-minded professionals committed to providing dignified, compassionate, and excellent service to every client and family.
When she’s not leading or serving, Netsy finds joy in family life—raising six amazing children and sharing every adventure with her husband and greatest supporter, Manny.
